1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to take your orders, deliver them and look after you as a customer.

• Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address, and for a business, its name and GST number. We also note what you tell us about the products you’re looking for and how you’d like your orders delivered.
• Your orders: what you order, the prices and offers that applied, delivery dates, invoices and the payments you make.
• Your messages: when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you and follow up.
• Sign-in details: if you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us. We never see your Google password.
• How you use our website: like most websites, ours automatically receives basic information such as your device and browser type, your IP address and the pages you visit.

2. How we use it

• To take, confirm, deliver and invoice your orders, and to keep track of payments.
• To show you the products, prices and offers that apply to you.
• To answer your questions and keep you updated about your orders.
• To tell you about our products and offers, unless you’ve asked us not to.
• To improve our products, our service and our website.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records.
• To keep our website secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.

3. Messages from us

We’ll message you about your orders, for example to confirm an order or arrange a delivery.

We may also send you news about our products and offers, for example on WhatsApp. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP to any of them, or by telling us. We’ll still send you messages about orders you place.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to:

• With whoever delivers your order: your name, phone number and address, so they can reach you.
• With our service providers: the companies that host our website, store our records, deliver our messages, handle sign-in and provide the other tools we use to run our business. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.
• When the law requires it: for example to tax authorities, or in answer to a lawful request from a court or the police.
• If our business changes hands: the new owner may receive your information, and must keep protecting it as this policy says.

5. Cookies and your device

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies that it needs to work: to keep you signed in, to keep the site secure, and to remember your cart and your settings on your device. If you add our website to your phone’s home screen, some pages are also saved on your phone so they open quickly.

We also count visits to our pages in a way that doesn’t identify you, to see how the website is used. We don’t use cookies for advertising.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser’s settings, but signing in and your cart may then stop working.

6. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and only the people who need it to serve you can see it. Our service providers may store or process it in India or in other countries; wherever it is held, we expect it to be protected as this policy describes.

No way of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t promise it will never be accessed without permission. Please keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re our customer and for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy. Order, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update anything that’s wrong or out of date;
• delete your information, except what we must keep by law or to settle an open order or payment;
• stop sending you news and offers.

You can also withdraw your consent to us using your information at any time. That won’t undo anything already done, and we can’t take orders without your name, phone number and delivery address.

9. Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us their details, tell us and we’ll delete them.

10. Other websites

Our website may link to other websites and apps, such as social media. When you use them, their own privacy policies apply, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. When we make an important change, we’ll say so on our website.
